"Donna Reed did my eye liner about 35 years ago and I get compliments on it to this day!!! As aside from the normal follow up check after the initial tattooing was done I have NEVER had to go back. I hear people say they got permanent eye liner but they seem to go back twice a year for "touch ups".....that definitely is NOT permanent make up.
